Synergis - Zero Waste Group was contracted by Lockehouse Property Management to monitor the trash, recycle and compost volumes at Shops at Livermore during the pandemic, and adjust services accordingly as shops close temporarily, and start to reopen. Initial cost reduction was 40%.
